Unlike much of what you will find in on the internet or in the social media space when you try to research this, Not A Person does not deny that the statute system exists or attempt to speak a historical language that the system simply does not speak.

Everything we share is Black-Letter law, meaning is is accepted law that cannot be argued as debatable in a judicial setting. We use the truth of law and the systems own rules and protections, to impose a burden of proof upon the system itself.

​

The system cannot meet it's own burdens, which are based in accepted agency law, contract law, common law, equity and operation from private express equity trusts, which are fully recognised by the statute system.

​

Trained judges must operate the rule of law and by using these concepts properly you will generally succeed.

We ourselves have currently enjoyed 5 years without taxation, control or penalty payments.

That's not to say that we have never been challenged, but we have met those challenges now totalling 7 case strands with both the wrong answers, and through the learnings and further research of those experiences, the right answers.

​

We have experienced the administrative system and the momentum that allows it to continue outside of true law, and we have created record and challenges.

​

The result so far, no taxes, penalties or enforcement has ever been conceded.

Having learned along the way, what we share here simplifies the truth of the person mechanism, focusses on the primary statutory presumptions and uses equity as it was always designed to be used.

​

We distill it in the course to a step by step sequence that begins with deep understanding, so that you can move forward aware and confident.

​

We then move to trust creation and the deep understanding of equity and the resulting trust doctrine. This allows you to have legal standing in your responses, and to establish what statutes do and don't attach to.

​

We then move to responses and declarations, all of which offer templates and clarity. The key here is that moving forward you operate from the resulting trust position or more preferrably a private declared express trust.

One thing we have learned on our own journey, is that there are many out there professing to know the principles and who will confidently share "what works" without ever having done it themselves.

They have learned about common law and maritime law, and suggest it can be applied directly within the statute system. We have learned through experience that it cannot.

​

Having been to court several times, we can definitively state that the statute system treats much of this law as obselete and like a foreign language, that it deliberately fails to understand. When you actually try the theories or stories on the internet around common law, most don't go the way they do online, no matter how well you present them.

​

Our experiences have taught us how to invoke the correct and recognised law and equity in the right way, and importantly to retain standing (meaning a valid interest in the claim) while doing so. 

This journey, especially for the pioneers who are treading the path for others to follow, as we are,  is not always a smooth one.

​

There are many conditioned agents of the system, some who do and some who don't respond to your lawful challenges, most of them are simply unaware and not trained in the truth of law.

​

That means there's potential for arrest, which incidentally is the only way you should ever appear in court, and for there to be court experiences.

​

We have had both, and several court experiences, including crown court. We are also part of the few who can claim to have been ultimately successful in presenting law to senior judges.

​

Our last arrest and court hearing lasted only 5 minutes until release by the senior judge, where our responses were  based on this framework.

The legal system across the world uses the "Meads" case, a judgement that is only actually valid in Canada where it was made, to categorise many challenges to statutory authority as OPCA or Psuedo-law.

The Meads case was a complex and spurious case presented by someone who did not understand the person mechanism, trying to claim exemption from statute. The judge in the case wrote a judgement that was atypically very extensive at over 180 pages. This judgement is not used to categorise and dismiss many challenges that use the well circulated Common Law philosophies.

The Not A Person Framework is not OPCA or Psuedo-Law. It uses black-letter law that is valid in many if not most territories across the world. We use their law, their mechanisms, and Equity principles that are recognised in statute and used by the rich and Elite to avoid statutory attachment.

It means any attempt to categories can be overcome.

Not A Person is NOT a claim of immunity or an ability to have super powers when faced with statutory agents. Nor is it a claim that your journey using the framework will be smooth.

​

The statute system is administrative, not based on law. This means that much of the system up until the judicial levels proceeds unlawfully because the agents simply do what their processes tell them to do. This includes magistrates courts too, which have no trained sitting judge.

​

So what we do guarantee is that this is the true mechanism of law and the person deception. We also know that when equity is invoked as we suggest, the system has no surface to attach to and statutory claims fall away. But we must warn that sometimes you have to wait until the judicial level, meaning gain access to a trained judge either before or during a court appearance to have real law recognised. Then it works because it must.

As we are a community, attempting to live in peace outside of the system, we have had some key opportunities to respond and challenge the statute system. None of them have resulted in concession, taxation or penalty. Here are a few :

• Planning permission - We have built extensively and have been subject to claims of enforcement. Claims have been neutralised.

• Income Tax - We have had a rare confirmation from HMRC that no further personal tax returns are needed. 

• Council Tax & Business Rates - Still ongoing but claims have failed against both individuals and business.

• Charging Orders - Are nagated by the framework.

• Licensing - Some ongoing or repetitive but no enforcements, penalties or fines have been successfully applied.

• Companies house - Administrational claims, judgments and penalties have been rendered toothless.

• Motoring & Parking - No claims have ever succeeded against us.

• Inheritance Tax - Negated by private express trust operation.
